Monty

Monty is a very insecure dog who needs a very experienced rescuer to help him develop his confidence and he also needs another calm dog as his guide. In his foster home he gravitates to older quieter female dogs and usually snuggles up with them or on the foster carer's bed. Monty is wary of the human touch and it takes time to be able to pat him. He is very food motivated so training easy. When he is out in the garden he hides in thick bushes for protection but will come when you call. However, he keeps his distance and walks behind you. At present Monty does not allow you to pick him up. He has a short coat and weighs 10.1kg.
