Sweet Mary came from the pound with her sister Jane. They are both shy anxious dogs who have not experienced much in their lives and never been on lead before coming to us. Jane has been adopted now. Mary came from the pound with a grade 4/6 heart murmur and we had her assessed by a cardiologist as having pulmonic stenosis. She had her surgery 9 July 25 and she has fully recovered. There are no ongoing problems, but she needs blood pressure medication for life (inexpensive). Mary needs a patient family to get her comfortable with suburban living. She is shy, but, is progressing so well, but can get spooked by loud noises and sudden movements. She is more comfortable around women. She walks well on loose lead and love reassurance and cuddles from her humans. She has no idea about play or toys. She is social with other medium sized dogs. Mary has a short coat and weighs 22.3kg and needs to put on a bit more condition.
