Casper is a dear little boy who came from the pound very shut down and on anti-anxiety meds. Since coming to us and being in a foster home he has become a lot more comfortable but certainly has a shy underlying nature. He is easy to handle, cuddle, bath but he does like to stay in his "safe zone" where he is most comfortable. He loves his food and does not mind other small quite dogs. He likes to sleep on someone's bed. He has been chipped as a Jack Russell but he looks and behaves more like a Chihuahua. He is so young, it is hard to imagine what he must have experienced in his short life to be such a traumatized little boy. He has a short coat and weighs about 7kg.
