Veterinarian – Flexible Part-Time (2–4 days/week)

We are looking for a kind, capable veterinarian to join our small, close-knit team.

This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, is confident with sole charge, and values building genuine relationships with clients and their animals.

We are a boutique-style clinic with a strong focus on personalised care. We may be small, but we are mighty—and we are proud to have a truly lovely, loyal client base. You’ll have the time and support to really get to know your patients and their people, while also being part of a friendly, collaborative team supported by our amazing nursing team.

Our clinic is set in a beautiful heritage cottage in the heart of Parramatta, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, theatres, and a stadium—making it a genuinely enjoyable place to work and spend your day.

A large and meaningful part of our work is dedicated to rescue medicine. We are part-owned by, and work closely alongside, a well-known and deeply committed rescue organisation. This is not just a small aspect of what we do—it is a core part of our identity. You will be involved in helping animals that truly need it, working through varied and rewarding cases, and making a real, tangible difference every day.

We are also a clinic that values growth. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, is open to developing their skills, and thrives on continual improvement. At the same time, we maintain a balanced caseload by referring most orthopaedic procedures and more complex cases requiring advanced or overnight care to nearby specialist and 24-hour emergency hospitals.

We would particularly value someone who is experienced or mature in their approach—calm, grounded, and simply wants to do their best work each day, contribute positively to the team, and be part of a supportive, close-knit environment.

Our clinic is well-equipped, including:

• Digital radiography
• Ultrasound & regular visiting specialist ultrasonographer
• IDEXX Catalyst in-house diagnostics
• EzyVet practice management software
• iM3 digital dental radiography and full dentistry suite
• Doppler & Suntech blood pressure monitoring
• Tonovet Plus Tonometer
