Bijou

Bijou and Belle are sisters who came from the pound. They have lived most of their lives in a cage and came with bowed front legs (carpal valgus). They have suffered malnutrition.  Bijou, the gentler of the two a very sweet girl, very comfortable with handling and playing. We are focusing on her nutrition and ensuring she gets a lot of puppy milk and getting lots of exercise with her sister to build up muscle tone and stamina.  The prognosis is generally good for the carpal valgus and improve as she grows.  Bijou has had a vet assessment and her legs are as good as they can be. She has a smooth coat and weighs 7.1 kg at 13 weeks.
