Ernie a 5 year old Moodle (Maltese X Poodle) who came in from the pound as a bag of bones weighing 3.7k,g less than half his recommended weight. We have given him a clip, cleaned him up and put him on 2 feeds per day. He loves his food and even begs for more! Ernie is such an affectionate boy, who is well socialized with other dogs. It never ceases to amaze me why such a lovely gentle dog is starved and then thrown into the pound to die.
